I requested mediation and resolution, but the seller kept avoiding responsibility and delaying responses. I’ve been waiting far too long, and my refund has still not been issued. I even offered to accept a partial refund to resolve the issue, but they continue to make excuses and stall instead of taking action. BEWARE AND KEEP AWAY FROM HERE!
