The overall quality of the bag is terrible, it’s stiff and ugly and looks nothing like the photos. Also super shady that it says they’re based in the US but the bag has no return address, other buyers have commented on this. When we declined, you left a negative review. For reference, our warehouse and return address are in Carteret, NJ.
