I tried swapping the sensor from the old to the new and it didn't work. Even though it was new, and looked good, it wasn't genuine and I had to use it anyway because I didn't have time to wait any longer. I installed without the sensor. It has been a little glitch even though it's installed perfectly. Turning on and off seems to do the trick.
