When the product arrived, the listing was insufficient and it was not the size I wanted, so with the seller's consent and returned it at my own expense. Then, they didn't even bother to check if the product had arrived, and they said would pay after the holidays, eBay's refund system didn't work, once they paid by computer or the other time bank account, so on, which don't make sense at all.
