Packaging was minimal, no anti-static bag, foam, padding, etc. My biggest problem was that it was not described properly. I thought I was getting an overall unused board (described as open box) and I got a very used board that fried my client's graphics card. I was able to repair it (not the card, the board had some sloppy solder). I do not think the seller was aware or trying to be deceptive, but should have listed AS-IS Untested or at min Used.
