Item arrived well packaged and on time (had it delivered to local Argos/Sainsburys). Cosmetically I was surprised how good condition it was in, it looked clean and hardly any scratches of evidence of use on the casing. I will be using this seller again as whole process was seamless. The cost made this a bargain. Had to factory reset
