It looks 95% new with absolutely no scratches on the screen or the back, only some very minor scratches on the top near the headphone port, that are only visible in strong and direct light. Perfect quality, everything works and the unit looks amazing. Also a very good price for such a clean device, and the seller had my VOEC number for paid VAT registered correctly, unlike a lot of US sellers. 10/10 experience!

Packaging was solid, shipping was quick, and I'm happy with the purchase. Reasonable pricing, too, compared to others.

Arrived very well packaged with a cable, and CD and manuals. I got it to sync to an old PC and import contacts but there may be newer drivers I may try on a newer computer. I went to grab some of my old Palm OS favorites from PalmDB and got a little case and its been just a fun little joy! I cant tell you how many people have asked about it :D Great for tasks, calendar stuff and notes!
