At 1:40pm I got an email to say the item was delivered at 9:25am. I already knew it was delivered - the post man handed it to me! There was no way to track the item to find where it was when Royal Mail delivered it two days late as they only send confirmation when it's delivered. I would not use that service as mail can not be tracked to see where it has gone missing or been stolen.

Ordered mid afternoon on Friday the 18th July but didn’t arrive until Monday the 28th – not the fastest UK delivery I’ve had by a long way. I contacted the seller and after sending a reminder I received a reply. It was agreed I would return the item, using free postage and receive a full refund. The issue is now resolved to my complete satisfaction. Thank you.
