I tried to arrange with the buyer for delivery at a suitable time for us after it was late but it was just delivered without speaking to us. Not a great experience.

The original order did not arrive and the seller responded to my report of the issue immediately and sent a Tracked order straight away , which arrived promptly. Ultimately excellent service. Very pleased with purchase and seller.

After contacting the seller, they expedited the item and we received it a couple of days later. The packaging was a bit tatty and the brolly had a slight dink in the metal connection but it was still o.k., so we just kept it.
