He did try to be helpful in saying he would send out some new seals but when asked for a return he ignored me so eBay got involved and refunded the item. He then made out it wasn't returned in the same condition... i wasn't going to leave feedback but given the cheek I'll leave my experience through feedback. I'm sure he will reply to my feedback like he did someone else being obnoxious.
