However, I was disappointed with the lack of communication, particularly when I requested a refund which I never received. I still haven't heard from the seller. Fortunately the item popped up again in tracking. It is still in Kentucky. During the unusual and unexpected storm I was without electricity and was unable to do anything. I see the one comment you sent but I did not see it until just recently. Again, very sorry.
