They sent me a spanner set by mistake and had to mess about sending back to them before they sent my order out. The comms wasn't as good as I'd hoped as the emphasis seemed to be focused on the return of the wrongly sent item, looking at their feedback its not the first time they have sent the wrong item out, All wells that ends well.
