Powered right up away 500GB / 32 RAM, super fast, really appreciated the WiFi/bluetooth dongle found printer & other devices, even loving the LibreOffice a real lifesaver since old MS 2010 key couldn't install. Microsoft Edge was just enough too could get to everything else including Google Chrome. Thanks so much!!! Really loving the refurbished PC, just need to figure out how to register the PC with All State for the 1 yr warranty. Great Job!!!
- c***m (96)- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 1 年購買已獲認證OK, mostly. Win11 version was dated. I installed 24h2 Pro myself. TPM is subpar 1.2 not 2.0 which Microsoft wants (demands) to download any Win11. There are workarounds. To be honest, I have more than one PC with these issues and not sure this particular one is the exact one I'm talking about = my bad. But when ordering these used refurbished PCs the above can be issues. You want to look for a TPM that's 2.0, not 1.2, Win11 version 24h2. Otherwise you'll have some work to do.

Excellent communication, the seller contacted me late Friday (the day I ordered the computer) to remind me that they don't ship on weekends. 5 Star seller.

Two of the drives had slightly less health than advertised but the seller communicated clearly and issued a partial refund. Other than the drive health, the drives were exactly as described.
