The unit was in great condition with no bent SFP cages, and the smooth metal finish still looks great. Overall a great seller and a great value switch.

Fast shipping but the seller forgot to throw a power cord noting fits what I have so contacted the seller they promptly accompanied and promoted to ship overnight which was really great. Definitely A++ seller
