Every removable FRU was cleaned, packed individually, and ready for use. Its the first time I've ever pulled a used switch and not had my hands covered in the fine dust that seems to permeate switch rooms. The unit was in great condition with no bent SFP cages, and the smooth metal finish still looks great. Overall a great seller and a great value switch.

Fast shipping but the seller forgot to throw a power cord noting fits what I have so contacted the seller they promptly accompanied and promoted to ship overnight which was really great. Definitely A++ seller
