Cassette case was crushed into plastic piece after 2+ weeks delivery. Recommend using bubble wrap to cushion fragile plastic product, instead of non-padded envelope. Seller sent cassette very fast after payment, however chose via Media Mail which is generally slower than regular postal mail. You could have chose priority. This was sent as soon as it was purchased to you. Sorry it took you two weeks but I could not control that. The csssette itself was wrapped in bubble wrap as well along having bubble wrap in the package.
