- 3***r (128)- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 6 個月購買已獲認證I purchased this refurbished Dell computer with the knowledge that it was rebuilt. However, it came with a 1TB SSD, better Sound Card, 32 GB RAM and Win 11 PRO. Which was a prime consideration for me. I did have problems with the computer initially getting it up, the sound card and RAM had worked loose during shipping (although the computer was packed well). I also ran into the BIOS PW was set. The seller was able to provide a solution for me to reset, I reached out to Dell but no help there.

First time purchasing a refurb computer--given return policy, return shipping paid by shipper & 1-year warranty, I felt pretty well covered. Pleasantly surprised that machine could be configured as desired. Seller communication was stellar! Machine arrived well-packed, all as promised, like-new, works flawlessly. Great value! Could not have gone better. VERY happy. A+++

Excellent communication, the seller contacted me late Friday (the day I ordered the computer) to remind me that they don't ship on weekends. 5 Star seller.

Two of the drives had slightly less health than advertised but the seller communicated clearly and issued a partial refund. Other than the drive health, the drives were exactly as described. Would buy from this seller again!

The packaging was adequate and the product arrived in excellent condition with the exception of a few scratches. After all the computer is refurbished. The seller refunded part of the purchase price and I was satisfied in the end because the quality of the internal parts used to refurbish the computer was as described. The computer performed very well. I would purchase a computer from this seller again.
