But beware: The faceplate for this computer had a sticker that erroneously listed a less capable CPU than I ordered. System Information in the operating system Settings did confirm that I received the correct hardware though. The lesson: Don’t put faith in any external stickers, labels, or documentation. Packing was excellent and saved the computer from obvious UPS rough housing.

Had the computer repaired and was told I should have returned it by the seller. This computer was needed for a business with out time to deal with the return process. Bought the computer refurbished expecting a working computer. So almost 200 dollars in repairs later I now have a working computer. Also this computer doesn’t actually have WiFi or Bluetooth.

Excellent communication, the seller contacted me late Friday (the day I ordered the computer) to remind me that they don't ship on weekends. 5 Star seller.

Handling by the delivery driver left something to be desired as he dropped it on my porch. Minor problem but the seller was very helpful and helped me get it working. Good communication and quick response to my questions. Honest and understanding. I would recommend this seller to anyone looking for a good product and great value. Thank you for a smooth transaction

Two of the drives had slightly less health than advertised but the seller communicated clearly and issued a partial refund. Other than the drive health, the drives were exactly as described. Would buy from this seller again!
