The seller processed a refund straightaway and followed up to see what the issue was. Even though the item is not what I was looking for (which is my fault for not reading the description), the seller was so accommodating, kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend buying from this seller as you can tell they care about their customers and have great customer service.
