I sent pictures, the seller then requested more pictures showing the whole seat cover. The return was accepted and the seller sent a return label. I sent it back to them on 10th July, on the 18th I asked why I had not got a refund. The seller lied and said they had not received. The item had arrived on 12th July. I asked why?
