- s***2 (57)- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 1 個月購買已獲認證Very disappointing company to deal with would not recommend. They repeatedly delayed delivery due to having no stock, yet were not upfront about it. When the order finally arrived, only one item was sent, and I had to wait weeks for any further response. Despite giving them several opportunities to resolve the issue, communication was extremely poor and they simply didn’t get back to me.

I was genuinely approaching him sending couple of messages to get what was the problem from his side, however, the seller keeps saying the item doesn't arrived, when the item is still on advert for further sell. Ridiculous!

I sent pictures, the seller then requested more pictures showing the whole seat cover. The return was accepted and the seller sent a return label. I sent it back to them on 10th July, on the 18th I asked why I had not got a refund. The seller lied and said they had not received. The item had arrived on 12th July. I asked why?
