Upon unboxing there was plastic rattling inside and a heavy weight moving when the unit was moved. After opening it I found the mount for the transformer was completely ruined (pic). Furthermore, there are no accessories despite what the listing says. I had to buy a full APC replacement as the "cartridge" for the batteries was missing. Neutral as it still functions.
