The customer did not do what he advertised for. The order was for two items at the cost of £28. 86 including postage. The supplier only sent one item in the box and posted the item without paying the postage stamp. I have to pay £5.00 at the post office to collect the item. The shipping label was paid for by the buyer at checkout, which is also visible in the order details. It is not possible for me as the seller to send an opened package. If there had been any issue, the proper procedure would have been to request a return or open a case, rather than leaving feedback intended to damage the seller’s rating. I will be appealing this feedback.
