I purchased this one but got concerned when ratings said it wasn't V850 and not the same. However, after contacting the seller my fears were gone. I received the GT-X980 scanner very quickly and it works great. It only came with a Japanese manual but the buyer was kind enough to send me a link to an on-line English manual for the V850. The scanner was a great value also. Thanks
