This is a fraudster, scam artist, dishonest seller with no business selling on eBay. eBay: it's clear what happened in this case from your vantage. Please sanction and/or ban this seller from use of eBay. This was blatant, and as a player/investor that buys cards as they are increasing in price, this is infuriating.
