I contacted the seller, who acknowledged the mistake, and offered to send the rest of the order…. And then, crickets! No item, no communication in the form of a tracking order, zip, zero nothing. I contacted the seller in good faith, hoping for the merchandise; a gift for a child. Ultimately, I received a refund after eBay intervention. I would have rather had the merchandise.
