Three days later admit that the item is not as described and that they have not actually shipped it. I refuse the item and open a dispute with PayPal because at this stage ebay won't let you neither cancel nor dispute. Seller first lies that they have issued a refund, then tries to extort me to cancel the PayPal dispute, in exchange for said refund.tsjapan1217 的回覆- 賣家 tsjapan1217 回應的信用評價- 賣家 tsjapan1217 回應的信用評價The product was inspected and found to be defective prior to shipment.We are sorry about the defects.We are trying to issue a full refund, but we are not able to process the refund immediately because the buyer has not resolved the disputes.I have informed the buyer of this, but he has not responded and has interpreted this as me unilaterally telling him to withdraw the dispute.I wanted to resolve the issue through discussion first.
