The seller did not respond to my request to send the proper volume for over 5 days. At this point (almost 2 weeks since the package arrived), I have only received one message from the seller: Sorry! Can I have a picture? That is why I have only given 1 star for Seller Communication and feel that I have had a negative experience.

Took a little time to get shipped in the first place, but that was probably due to triple checking that every book in a 100+ piece lot was present and accounted for.
