After exhausting the number of offers I could submit, I received an email from eBay giving me a special offer on the product. It was below the original price the seller had listed. Thinking nothing of it, I reviewed the offer and accepted. Seller cancelled my order because it was below their list price. I was able to work with seller to purchase product
