Sent me 24 packs of these for $80, supposed to be new and unopened, and most were open with all the pieces spilled out everywhere, I tried to nicely request just a partial refund, but seller refused and wants a full refund, but the few that were actually closed I used for my kids birthday, and told him that. Said I could ship the pile of open ones back, but he wants me to take my 9 year olds birthday gifts away and send it all for a PARTIAL REFUND. What a joke.
