It can't recharge my phone fully not even once (Xiaomi 11t, battery capacity about 4500mAH). It gets to about 60 % and dies. Seller promised a replacement but I never got the shipment details.

I checked and couldn't find the Xiaomi brand anywhere. Did I misread it? Or did they send me the wrong item? Please let me know.
