The condition of the particular item I received was good, with only minor scratches and one small chip in the casing, in non-critical areas (exterior corner of case). The phone is decent value for the price I paid, I am glad I purchased it. It would have cost me fairly more to purchase a new model, so I am happy to have been able to buy it used from NAKANOYAMA-JPshop. Appearance is great, looks cool!

There’s a small crack in the corner at the front but it’s hardly visible and doesn’t effect performance. The battery lasts a good amount and a lot longer if you turn off wifi, bluetooth and location. I’m using this on Boost and haven’t had any issues. Nakanoyama was very communicative and answered all questions and requests I had! Will shop here again! ありがとうございます😊

I appreciate that it was already in English. The quality is very good. I used a guide on YouTube by Riley Anderson to set up an SMS app that works in the US (as well as a better TT9 keyboard for English) and the phone works flawlessly on my T-Mobile broadband network. This phone even has a pedometer! Fantastic purchase.

The seller was helpful and checked in to make sure everything went smoothly. The Kyocera itself will require some tech know-how to go beyond basic functionality; and please research beforehand to be sure it is compatible with your service provider/location. If so, great value and would recommend this seller!
