I purchased an item for $95, which the seller marked as sent but did not provide any tracking information (All AusPost parcels have a tracking number.) I waited until the suggested delivery time passed, but the item never arrived. I contacted the seller, who said they would look into it—but they never followed up. I lodged an "Item Not Received" request through eBay, and fortunately, the money was refunded.

    I bought a product from this guy. First of all he sent me a wrong product and the product was faulty. I contact him and ask him if he can either replace it or send me the money back. He would not respond and I gave him my week then he said he’ll sell me send me another one and he didn’t do that either and I’ve been waiting for weeks and weeks And I haven’t heard nothing from that guy. That’s why I got Gabby my negative feedback. I don’t want anyone else to go through same thing I went through.
