Seller was very helpful and responds quick, within a couple hours. This is quick compared to many other sellers. A few scratches on each corner, but that is expected from a used flip phone. Flip phone was quite clean and well packaged. Also arrived very quick. I suggest buying from Nakanoyama-JPshop if you want a good experience.

When I contacted the seller about this I got no reply for a while and then they messaged me about something completely unrelated and I got no conpensation even though I wouldn’t have bought the phone had I known it had such a defect on the screen.

After I had paid seller invited me to enquire about stock that might not be listed so I asked if they had a laptop IDE CD writer - they quoted me $200. I was a pc technician for years, this seemed a super bargain, but something is very wrong here.
