I reached out to the seller and it took a couple of days of back and forth to confirm they were going to refund. They said they issued a refund but I never received a notice of a refund. I reached out again and they assured me a refund was issued. No refund was issued until after I opened a case with EBay. Total time to resolve this has been 17 days.
