I received ‘n informed the seller who assisted me until I told them that I tried everything he said but it was still displaying the following: “this item belongs to someone else…Not yours”. I had not heard back since the August 20. Perhaps I made it even worse because I said was going to return them for a refund. I’m unsuccessfully trying to return 2 eligible items under the same order# but it shows me the price paid for this which’s allowed to return.
