I do feel like it's a great value for the product and it's an adorable little thing. My one thing is that the box it shipped in was very damaged when I got it. The tape was coming off and the box was open on both ends, thankfully the laptop inside the box was still safe!

I contacted the seller & asked for help unlock it but they made no effort on their end and tried to tell me that because I’m located in the US, it’s only available for wifi. Seller does not know I plan to travel and use this phone abroad so they thought they could scam me by selling me a locked phone because I’m in the US. I gave them multiple opportunities to resolve this and they ignored me.
