I contacted the Seller and I need to talk about this gentleman’s F’IN EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Chirps upon receiving my inquiry only asked for photo proof of what was going on…after receiving photos he advised me to submit a return request with those photos and he would then refund in full. Once the request was submitted, within the hour I had a 100% refund! Amazing exemplary SERVICE!

I asked for the expiration date of the pads after the order was placed and then was told that there were no pads as stated in the description.
