      Fast shipping, As described. New in Box but Not Working. This must have been a factory return, the lip of cd tray was sticking out a tad when I opened the box. Installed it and it kept opening and shutting the cd drawer. Weird. Took it apart and it was the manual open switch that was out of gear. the connecting gear was stuck as well. No worries, it is a 23 year old drive :-)
