Have only used the this shop a handful of times and already they’ve lost 2 of my items - 1 they didn’t even accept delivery of (a dress - not massive parcel or anything of the sort!) the worst shop. Avoid at all cost. They have no care whatsoever of keeping customers paid for items safe! They just don’t care at all
