This one was sold in used condition but arrived damaged. Im not sure what may have happened. The controller might have been dropped during shipping. Lots of small pieces were found inside the controller. One of them being the bracket to hold a battery connector. The seller was very understanding and gave me a refund. I would definitely buy from again.
