Nothing was missing, although loose parts were exposed in the package's gaping hole. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. Not so sure it could support a 32" monitor. It has trouble holding my 27". I had to apply quite a bit of torque on the adjusting screw to hold the 27", and its barely holding up.

However, with all the maneuvering in the basement, I was able to use the desk mount and the set-up is working thus far, thank you for the assistance. I will not be returning the item, as previously requested. A++ transaction...kindly respond a feedback in-kind, thank you.
