The customer contacted us that he did not receive his order. We immediately contacted the postmaster and kept the customer informed each day where his package was. We are NOT the post office, we pay them a lot of money (their rates increase 2 times a year) to ship our packages, it is not our fault that they routed his package incorrectly. We did our best to find his package, which we did and it was delivered to the customer on Nov 22. Neutral posted on 12/4
