I found my Nokia on ebay and had a glimmer of hope again. I ordered it and just received my package. It was like Christmas! The seller answered all of my questions and was responsive immediately. The condition was amazing and packaging pristine. I would highly recommend this seller and of course the Nokia 1020.

The phone came with WP8 which is also a great asset given that it's preloaded with the Nokia Pro Cam app- so, no plans to upgrade it to WP10 on my side! Thank you very much: this was a super deal! + Thanks for the extra screen protector!

When you're talking on the phone you cannot hear the other person or anything on the other side like the audio hardware inside the phone is not working but if you put it on loudspeaker you can hear everything. Bluetooth connectivity does work also. Can't have private conversation if you can only talk with loudspeaker. I already noticed the phone is refurbished so title is incorrect advertisement. Requested return and refund but still have not got any response.
