It came with lots of Verizon bloatware preinstalled. I only use the phone over WiFi (no SIM card), so this *shouldn't* matter. But--the phone is more sluggish than I was expecting (I am familiar with the speed of other, older LG phones). I wonder if the Verizon crud is the problem! I would rate 5 stars if phone had been unlocked.

I found my Nokia on ebay and had a glimmer of hope again. I ordered it and just received my package. It was like Christmas! The seller answered all of my questions and was responsive immediately. The condition was amazing and packaging pristine. I would highly recommend this seller and of course the Nokia 1020.
