  Ordered 2 packs, only one arrived. Poor packaging so two of the sticks arrived broken. Seller claimed two packs were shipped but weight and packaging clearly indicate it was only one set. Very poor communications. Poor value for the product and service. Had to submit police report for ebay to issue a partial refund.

  I ordered 4/2/26, notified label created 4/7/26, notified carrier picked up 4/13/26 by UPS, delivered 4/17/26 by USPS. It was shipped from MI sent to OH, one state away. I asked multiple times if it was being shipped from overseas or MI… no answer. While I got correspondence, it did not answer my questions. The plush hamster is cute but it had a hole in the seam that I had to repair. I did see the same plush for less money. The quality was as described. Read reviews. Don’t buy from this seller!
