In any case, I had the fault/damage professionally repaired and the seller refunded the cost of the repair through eBay. When there is an unexpected problem like that you really get to know who you are dealing with and, in this case, Hikari Japan were responsive and we reached a reasonable solution. Thank you Hikari.

Trumpet looked brand new Thank You seller Again you did very good job sending me this trumpet.
