Shipped date says Dec 28, bur actual was days later. Because of the delay, I was unable to use the item to during my schedule training as I originally intended when I ordered it, but I will keep it and use it in the future.

Then I asked to cancel the order but I was told by eBay that she declined to cancel the order. I am trying to get a refund. I don’t think it would be wise to order anything from this seller.
