Out of the box the bass is a little too warn and muddled, but it is easily fixed. They pair very well, and hold their charge as described. The noise canceling is great. I would recommend this to anyone who wants something very similar to an Airpod pro but for a better price.

This is a refurbished item, so it was previously used and it had the previous owner's name in the Bluetooth pairing. Price is definitely fair, you're basically paying less for more. They also look premium.

The product came quickly, even very quickly, the packaging is original, there are no traces of use, like new , the set is complete. For its price, great headphones, compared to the souncore Liberty 3, the case looks stylish and pleasant to the touch. Moreover, case and headphones don't scratch at all, there's no finger marks or dirt . I highly recommend it, I'm happy. The sound quality is great, although active noise cancellation is like in Life P3.

They had shipped the generator but tracking number not entered so it showed delivered with the panels. Came a day later. Packaged great and in great condition. Should have trusted the number of sales and positive reviews. They responded to my initial complain immediately. A+ service and product.

The only downside was an 8-day delivery time (from California to Oregon) instead of the 2-4 day delivery time advertised. Customer service was immediate when I brought it to their attention; USPS screw-up and not Anker Outlet Store's fault.
