May only be Asus problem, but sticky glue on RF shielding foil caused some tab connection breaks while opening the clam shell case. Open with care using non-metal probe to un-stick places. Also do not remove the screw under the rubber protector. The enclosed Phillips screw driver was useless. Bit size no match for the Asus. My Experience, but battery fine. Precharge level indicated fresh battery.
